La Grappa Unica di Calabria, è ottenuta dalla selezione delle pregiate vinacce provenienti dai vitigni Gaglioppo, Magliocco, Greco e piccole partite di altre varietà locali, quindi tutte Calabresi. La lenta distillazione, avviene in alambicchi di rame del tipo a bagnomaria, che contribuiscono a conferire al distillato, le migliori caratteristiche organolettiche tipiche dei vitigni di provenienza.
Il riferimento al nome UNICA di Calabria nasce dal fatto che la nostra distilleria di Limbadi è l'unica operativa a livello regionale.
