Il Vialone Nano Classico è un riso con un chicco poroso, che assorbe completamente il gusto del condimento utilizzato. l’utilizzo esclusivo di Semente Originale Certificata
il limite di semina per ettaro al fine di non esaurire i terreni delle risaie (nel caso del Vialone Nano Classico si va da un minimo 180 kg ad un massimo di 220 kg di semente originale per ettaro)
lo stoccaggio separato ed identificato del risone Classico raccolto da quello eventuale generato da sementi non originali
un’analitica documentazione che deve essere conservata da ogni azienda agricola ed inviata in copia all’Ente Nazionale Risi che effettua i controlli sulla veridicità della documentazione
LA PILA Vialone Nano Classico rice, grown in spring waters and produced from original Vialone Nano seeds , is cared for from seed to packaging and is a naturally gluten-free product with certified supply chain traceability that can be verified simply by scanning the QR code printed on the back of the bag with your smartphone.
Vialone Nano Classico is a rice with a porous grain , which completely absorbs the flavour of the seasoning used . It is suitable for all risottos, especially risottos with tasty seasonings (meat, mature cheeses, mushrooms, radicchio, etc.). Excellent cooking resistance , the grain maintains its consistency for a long time even once cooked .
The Classic Rice regulation, active since the 2018 sowing campaign, is very restrictive and provides for:
the exclusive use of Certified Original Seed
the sowing limit per hectare in order not to exhaust the rice fields (in the case of Vialone Nano Classico it goes from a minimum of 180 kg to a maximum of 220 kg of original seed per hectare)
the separate and identified storage of the Classico paddy rice harvested from any rice generated from non-original seeds
an analytical documentation that must be kept by each agricultural company and sent in copy to the National Rice Board which carries out checks on the veracity of the documentation
Le riz LA PILA Vialone Nano Classico , cultivé dans des eaux de source et produit à partir de graines originales Vialone Nano , est soigné de la graine à l'emballage et est un produit naturellement sans gluten avec une traçabilité certifiée de la chaîne d'approvisionnement qui peut être vérifiée simplement en scannant le code QR imprimé au dos du sac avec votre smartphone.
Vialone Nano Classico est un riz au grain poreux , qui absorbe complètement la saveur de l'assaisonnement utilisé . Il convient à tous les risottos, en particulier aux risottos aux condiments savoureux (viandes, fromages affinés, champignons, radicchio, etc.). Excellente résistance à la cuisson , le grain conserve sa consistance longtemps même une fois cuit .
La réglementation Riz Classique, active depuis la campagne de semis 2018, est très restrictive et prévoit :
l'utilisation exclusive de semences originales certifiées
la limite de semis par hectare afin de ne pas épuiser les rizières (dans le cas de Vialone Nano Classico elle va d'un minimum de 180 kg à un maximum de 220 kg de semences originales par hectare)
le stockage séparé et identifié du riz paddy Classico récolté à partir de tout riz généré à partir de semences non originales
une documentation analytique qui doit être conservée par chaque entreprise agricole et envoyée en copie à l'Office national du riz qui effectue des contrôles sur la véracité de la documentation

Vialone Nano Classico ist ein Reis mit porösem Korn , der den Geschmack der verwendeten Gewürze vollständig aufnimmt . Die seit der Aussaatkampagne 2018 geltende Classic Rice-Verordnung ist sehr restriktiv und sieht Folgendes vor:
die ausschließliche Verwendung von zertifiziertem Originalsaatgut
die Aussaatmenge pro Hektar, um die Reisfelder nicht zu erschöpfen (bei Vialone Nano Classico liegt sie zwischen mindestens 180 kg und höchstens 220 kg Originalsaatgut pro Hektar)
die getrennte und gekennzeichnete Lagerung des Classico-Rohreises, der von Reis aus nicht-originalem Saatgut geerntet wurde
eine analytische Dokumentation , die von jedem landwirtschaftlichen Unternehmen aufbewahrt und in Kopie an das National Rice Board gesendet werden muss, das die Richtigkeit der Dokumentation überprüft
